Ginseng (Gensing, Genseng) - A Natural Treatment for increased sexual energy and libido
Ginseng has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine as a
male sexual tonic. Ginseng contains phytochemicals which are said to increase

British Pharmacology Journal
concluded that an extract from ginseng known as ginsenosides enhances

from Ginseng every 2- 3 months.
