America, brands of Siberian Ginseng (Genseng, ginsing) vary greatly in
their potency. There is very little control over how much of the active
ingredient in Ginseng actually exists in the capsules. While higher
quality products are likely to be at least somewhat more
expensive, they are still more reliable and so are recommended.
Siberian Gensing has been shown to increase energy, blood flow, mental
alertness and has other benefits. It is recommended that aftger a 2-3
month period, a cessation period of 2 weeks be undertaken, and then the
original dosages resumed.
