Early Signs and Symptoms of Being Pregnant:
Some
women have all of the following early signs of pregnancy symptoms and
don't have any. Some women do bleed for the first two or three
months of their pregnancy, but bleeding is usually short and there is
scant blood. Also, about seven days or so after conception, the
tiny group of cells that becomes the embryo (known as the blastocyst),
attaches itself to the uterine wall, and you may have slight vaginal
spotting, called implantation bleeding, while new blood vessels are
being formed. Because the "I missed my period" sign isn't always
so clear,it is important not to make assumptions based on that alone.

Nausea and morning sickness and pregancy. A nauseating feeling in the
mornings or other times of day can mark the beginning of pregnancy. This can begin 2-8 weeks after conception.

swolen, sensitive breasts are not uncommon before a period. THis
symptom generally begins 1 to 2 weeks after conception. Other
causes for swolen, itchy, tender breasts can include hormonal change,
oncoming menstruation period, and birth control pills.
Fatigue, Sleepiness, exaustion and low energy: Symptom of pregnacy.
Sometimes
these symptoms arise from one to six weeks after conception. This is
largely caused by high levels of progesterone, the hormone which is
secreted during pregnancy. Other possible explanations are a mild
virus, stress, and any number of other things that can cause these
symptoms.
Headaches and backaches: Symtoms of pregnancy.
Hormonal
changes during pregnancy can lead to headaches. They can begin a couple
of weeks after pregnancy and continue throughout. Other causes of
headaches may be the cause as well, such as caffeine withdrawal,
dehydration, stress, etc.
Darkened Areolas, Darkened Nipples as a sign of being pregnent.
The
nipple and the area around it darkens during pregnancy.
This may begin within the first week or two, or begin later.
Darkened nipples may not be noticably darker for some time.

then the third gentleman turns ghostly white and begins sweating, as he darts
for the door the chaplain stops him and says, "Son, your wife is in having your
child why are you leaving like this?" The gentleman replies "The first guy had
twins and works for the Twins... the second works for Triple A and had
triplets... I work for 7-Eleven."
